Rooms are large and comfortable. They have all the items you’d need, including a mini fridge. Staff were all polite and helpful. Conference facilities were great and the food was delicious. Location is close to McGill. Lots of restaurants within 10-15 walk and Eaton Centre is only a 5 minute walk away.

It’s still a good hotel to stay at but let’s be honest it’s having a hard time maintaining its 4-star status considering the competition from all the other newer hotel & other older hotels which have recently underwent renovations. The last time this hotel was renovated was about a dozen years ago & it’s starting to show. However the staff continues to be top-notch. I spent time at the lobby bar since i was given free drink vouchers as a loyalty club member. This is a nice touch. The pool is closed down until the warmer months & i didn’t use the gym this time around since it’s now contracted out to a private company & although i could have got a membership it just seemed complicated so i passed. There is a restaurant near the lobby but i didn’t eat there. There are no gift shops on premises & no vending machines anywhere to be found. This time around i didn’t experience with the wifi & it was fine. As for parking i chose to self-park since i felt the cost of valet parking ($50+ per night) to be quite high. So i parked in a very secure underground parking lot across Metcalfe street at a fraction of the price.

A great stay from check in to check out, every interaction with the team made us feel special and valued. We had room 803 very quiet with two queen beds it was immaculately clean. 5e bathroom was spacious and felt very luxurious, with lovely soft bath robes and quality toiletries. The beds were superbly comfortable and with four pillows and a cushion on each bed. Excellent tea and coffee machines with in room safe and a large front screen tv. The staff really made the stay though, Veronique the concierge advising us and booking our airport taxi. The front desk staff allowing us to leave our luggage after check out until the evening. A perfect stay.

This hotel provided the best service I've ever experienced at any hotel ever. Literally every employee without exception went out of their way to provide top notch service. All staff are extraordinarily friendly and exceptionally professional. The Reception Manger, Benoit, is truly extraordinary in his professionalism, interpersonal skills and attention to detail, ensuring all guest needs are met. The staff in Alice Bar are attentive to every need and detail, providing exceptional service and superior quality alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. They made excellent recommendations and stellar cocktails, both alcohol and non-alcohol. To be sure, everyone from valet through to all interior staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome in every way. Again, I cannot emphasise enough the professional and positive attitudes and conduct of all staff, without exception. Moreover, the location of Hotel Omni is optimal for core of the city location, including ready access to McGill and the other nearby universities, businesses and shopping district. Certainly, this is the hotel at which to stay in Montreal. In addition to the location, the hotel itself has a presence on the street and interior in terms of its elegance and accoutrements. Very modern, and classic decor but functional and certainly upscale.

Sad, shabby rooms: cheap sheets, showers that don't work (you can have hot water, or you can have water pressure, you greedy person, of course you can't have both!), and what looks worryingly like a pee stain on the carpet. Staff apathetic: 'It should be fixed now,' not 'It IS fixed now.' Do yourself a favour: stay somewhere else.
